Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Medya Ops, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you're signing up for an organization, on behalf of that organization. If you don't agree, don't use the product.

Medya Ops is a platform for managing media campaign operations — media plans, purchase orders, execution tracking, proofs, invoicing and reconciliation. We provide the platform; you and your organization are responsible for the accuracy of the campaign, financial and contact data you put into it.

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• An organization's data is only visible to members of that organization, based on the roles and permissions assigned within it.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or organization.

• Certain operations (document processing, order generation, and similar) are billed in credits, at rates shown in the product and changeable going forward — a rate change never alters what you were already charged for something already done.
• Credits are purchased by card via Paystack, or granted directly by us. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• You're responsible for maintaining a sufficient credit balance for the operations your organization runs.

You agree not to:

• Use Medya Ops for anything unlawful, or to send content you don't have the right to send.
• Attempt to access another organization's data, or to circumvent the platform's access controls.
• Interfere with the platform's operation (excessive automated load, attempts to breach security, and similar).
• Resell or provide the platform to third parties as your own service without our agreement.

You and your organization own the data you put into Medya Ops. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it for purposes beyond running the product and improving it, as described in our Privacy Policy. If your organization's account is closed, you can request an export of your data before deletion.

We aim to keep Medya Ops available and reliable, but we don't currently offer a guaranteed uptime commitment (an SLA). We'll do our best to give notice of planned maintenance and to communicate plainly about any outage.

Medya Ops is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

You can stop using Medya Ops and close your organization's account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

If we make a material change, we'll tell active account holders directly rather than let it pass silently, and update the date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
